Terms

A licence to use Mise, not ownership of it. It never expires: the version you have keeps working for as long as your Mac runs it, whether or not you buy again.

There are two plans, both paid once. $29 includes every release published in the twelve months after you buy. $59 includes every release for as long as Mise is made. When an update window ends, nothing stops working — you simply stop receiving new versions.

Your licence key activates on up to two Macs at a time. If you replace a machine, remove the licence in Settings on the old one and the seat is free again.

Resell the app, share your licence key, remove or work around the licence check, or take the software apart to rebuild it as something else. The app, its design, its artwork and the name Mise belong to Saber Ali. The icon set is licensed from Nucleo and may not be pulled out of the app and used elsewhere.

Mise keeps what you save in an ordinary folder on your own Mac, in the original formats. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing in these terms gives us any claim over your files. Keep your own backups: we cannot restore anything for you.

Payments are handled by Polar, acting as merchant of record. That means Polar is the seller for the purposes of the transaction, handles tax where it applies, and appears on your statement. Your card details never reach us.

Fourteen days, no questions. See the refund policy.

While Mise is in beta it may change, break, or lose data. Do not keep the only copy of anything in it.

The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Saber Ali is not liable for any loss arising from the app or its use, including loss of data. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

A licence can be withdrawn if it is shared publicly, resold, or used to work around the licence check. In that case the payment is refunded in full for the unused part of the update window.

If these terms change, the change applies to purchases made after the date below. What you bought under the old terms stays under the old terms.
